Pagtatanim ng hybrid rice, pasisiglahin

CAUAYAN CITY, Isabela – Target ng Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Unit (DA-RFU) 2 na makapagtanim ng hybrid rice sa libu-libong ektarya sa Region 2.

Ayon kay DA-RFU 2 Director Lucrecio Alviar Jr., layunin ng proyekto na mapasigla ang ani at kita ng mga magsasaka, partikular ng mga nagtatanim ng palay, sa pamamagitan ng hybrid seed assistance program ng DA.



“We need to promote the hybrid rice production, aside from increasing the income of farmers, we will help our country attain food sufficiency,” ani Alviar. – Wifredo Berganio
