Naghahanda na sa wakas ang fiancé ni Oprah Winfrey sa kanilang pagpapakasal, mahigit 20 taon matapos silang ma-engaged.
Orihinal na pumayag ang talk show legend sa alok na kasal ni Stedman Graham noong 1992 matapos ang anim na taong relasyon at ngayon ay nababalak muli ang nobyo na alukin siya sa ikalawang pagkakain ng bunsod ng emosyonal na pagbisita nila sa funeral ng South African political figure na si Nelson Mandela noong Disyembre 15.
Sinabi ng source sa National Enquirer magazine: ‘’It was a highly emotional journey for Oprah, who loved Mandela and everything he stood for. During this time of grief there was only one person in the world she turned to – her Stedman.
‘’It was a spiritual mission and Stedman held her close during the funeral service. He realised right then and there he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Oprah as a married couple.’’
Matagal nang inuudyukan ng mga kaibigan ang motivational speaker na si Stedman na alukin muli si Oprah na magpakasal sila sa 60th birthday nito, ngayong Enero.
