SINAMPAHAN ng reklamong paglabag sa Anti-Graft Law, sa Office of the Ombudsman sina Finance Sec. Cesar Purisima, BIR Commissioner Kim Henares, at Customs Commissioner John Philips Sevilla.
Ang reklamo na inihain ng Customs Brokers Council of the Philippines kaugnay sa limitasyong ipinatupad, ng tatlong opisyal, sa mga transaksyon ng customs brokers at importers.
Ayon sa grupo, nilabag ng tatlong opisyal ang Customs Brokers Act of 2004 at Anti Graft Law, noong sila ay hindi sumunod sa utos ng Manila RTC branch 49 na nagsasabi na ilegal ang pagre-regulate sa mga broker.
