LEBRON JAMES moved into 21st place in the NBA all-time scoring list during Cleveland Cavaliers’ 110-79 win over the Boston Celtics on Tuesday (Wednesday in Manila).
James shot 12-of-23 for 27 points and dished out five assists. He added three steals in the game. With the Cavaliers on top by 42 after three quarters, James and the other Cavs’ starters sat out the entire fourth quarter.
His last points of the game, a third-quarter layup, moved him past Ray Allen. James currently has 24,506 career points, one ahead of Allen. Patrick Ewing is next on the list, with 24,515. The four-time MVP also passed Robert Parish, Allen Iverson and Charles Barkley this season. Noli Cruz
