Iginawad ang Video of the Year award sa Got A Boy ng Girls’ Generation, isang South Korean all-girl group na unti-unti na ring nakikilala sa Amerika.
Ang hip-hop duo na Macklemore & Ryan Lewis ang Breakthrough of the Year, habang ang Walk of the Earth at KRNFX ang nag-uwi ng Phenomenon Award para sa bersiyon nila ng I Knew You Were Trouble ni Taylor Swift.
Innovation of the Year ang tinanggap ng DeStorm para sa See Me Standing, samantala nakuha ngRadioactive ni Lindsey Stirling at ng Pentatonix ang Response of the Year.
